Delois Wilson-Ladipo
RN, BSN
has worked in the medical field for over 25
years. Her training has extended from Surgical Nurse, ICU Nurse and
ER Nurse. For the past 6-8 years she has been doing Home Health
Nursing. She has held a number of roles in home health including:
clinical, administrative, consulting, education, and program
development. Currently she is a Consultant that provides clinical
support to other Home Health Agencies.
Audiences praise her depth of knowledge practical
insight and ability to distill complex material into understandable
terms. She is a Certified Coder that loves to help agencies to code
better thereby causing an increase in their overall reimbursement.
She has held the position as Director of Nursing
for at least six years. She has been a direct part of State survey and
CHAP survey over the period of time that she has been in home health.
She is a very ambitious person and believes in following all rules that
govern Home Health Agencies. |
